Had this just over 7 years ago — it can take another shot. I think revisiting this with a heap of cheese is the right thing to do. Last year, I was way behind schedule on everything. I usually add some greens, mushrooms, and whatever protein I have leftover. Some favourites are beech, enoki, crimini, or white button mushrooms.
